What is the base currency?

This is the currency in which all currency conversions are based on. For example, if you selected USD as your base currency, and specified a value of 100, all of the currencies in your feed would display values equivalent to the value of 100 USD.

How do I edit the value of the base currency?

Simply tap the value of the base currency displayed at the top of the feed.

What is the currency marked as bold?

In addition to displaying the base currency at the top of the feed, Exchanger marks its respective row in the feed for quick reference.

How do I switch base currencies?

To switch base currency, simply tap on another currency in your feed.

How do I add a currency to my feed?

While in the currency feed window, tap the Edit button to enter editing mode, then tap the Add button to browse the available currencies that can be added to your feed.

How do I manually update the exchange rates?

Simply pull down on the list of currencies in the currency feed to trigger an update.

Does Exchanger support iOS 7 or earlier?

No. Exchanger requires iOS 8 or later.

Does Exchanger support the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus?

You bet! Exchanger takes advantage of the additional pixels on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

Does Exchanger run on the iPad?

Exchanger is designed for iPhone and iPod touch. While Exchanger will run on iPad, it will function as an iPhone/iPod touch application, and will therefore run at its original size, or optionally, in 2x mode.

Does Aspects perform any sort of rounding?

Aspects rounds custom ratio values to two decimal places, and width, height, diagonal, and resolution values to four decimal places as a means of striking the perfect balance between practicality and precision. We reached this design decision following careful consideration of multiple usage scenarios and lengthy discussions with our beta testers.

What is the baseline value?

Whenever you customize a value, Aspects uses this value, the configured aspect ratio, and one or more reference values to determine the rest. We call this customized value the "baseline value".

What does the value in yellow signify?

The value in yellow is the baseline value.

Does Aspects support 4-inch displays?

Not officially, though it will still run fine on an iPhone or iPod touch with a 4-inch display. We have not yet found the need to update Aspects for 4-inch displays as the nature of the application does not require additional screen real estate.

Does Aspects run on the iPad?
