Terms of Sale
In accordance with Australian taxation regulations, we may be required to include GST in the price of each sale. In cases where GST is included, we will issue a "Tax Invoice", clearly stating all taxable items and the amount of GST included in the total. In cases where GST is not included, we will issue an "Invoice", clearly stating that the sale is GST-free.
Please note that these Terms of Sale are not applicable to iPhone and iPod touch applications sold through the App Store. For such sales, please refer to Apple's legal documentation.
Terms of Use
Use of our software is governed by the terms of any accompanying EULA issued by us, in addition to the standard EULA applicable to the platform in which the software is licensed for. You may not gain access to our software or redistribute our software outside of authorized channels. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or use other means to gain access to the source code of our software.
Privacy Policy
We take privacy seriously.
- We may collect personal information from you for the purpose of providing a good or service to you. Your personal information will never be sold or distributed to a third party, unless it is necessary in providing the aforementioned good or service to you. We do not store credit card or bank details, unless you have signed a recurring billing agreement with us.
- We retain all e-mail correspondence to enable us to provide you with a level of support.
- We will never send unsolicited messages to you. If you wish to unsubscribe from one of our mailing lists, there will always be a clear and accessible way for you to do so.
- We maintain reasonable measures to ensure the protection of all personal information.
